Glenn Kugelman is a Brand Marketing and Go-to-Market leader with over a decade of experience building brand programs and commercial strategy across Meta, eBay, and Nike.

Most recently, through a contract with Meta, Glenn led go-to-market and digital rollout for eBay's marketplace channel, Meta's official refurbished device reseller, growing it into eBay's primary refurbished sales channel across six countries. Results beat H2 2024 projections by 296% and reached 166% to FY2025 goal, with 253% year-over-year growth. Before that, as eBay's Digital Merchandising Manager for Sneakers & Streetwear, he scaled the platform's sneaker catalog from 80,000 to more than 385,000 SKUs and was part of the team behind the Nike SB x eBay "Sandy Bodecker Dunk" charity auction, which raised nearly $400,000 for the Bodecker Foundation and earned more than 450 media placements.

Glenn's foundation in sneaker culture runs deep. At Carnegie Mellon University, he revamped and expanded the curriculum for Sneakerology 101, a university-accredited course on sneaker culture and brand storytelling, co-taught it, recruited industry guest lecturers including Ronnie Fieg and James Whitner, and built out immersive community programming, including a sneakerhead history tour of Pittsburgh. He was also Employee #5 at the founding of Sneaker Con and spent years on the retail floor at Nike Niketown NYC across Jordan, Sportswear, and Basketball. He holds an M.S. in Sports Product Management from the University of Oregon and a B.S. from the University of Pittsburgh.

Outside of work, Glenn is training for the TCS New York City Marathon, a lifelong Knicks fan, and a first-generation college graduate.
